We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with DecoVeil.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
- Curtain panels must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please note that used, installed, or altered items cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed curtain panels
- Replacement adhesive mounting strips
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order, as we cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped
