1. Products and Services

DecoVeil offers innovative, self-adhesive ceiling-mounted curtain systems designed for easy, tool-free installation.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, measurements, and pricing. However, slight variations in fabric color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, installation requirements, and product descriptions before purchasing.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment must be completed through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

DecoVeil offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a return, customers must email support@decoveil.com and include their order number and reason for the return.

For eligible returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons, a $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us for assistance. No return processing fee will apply to verified product defects or fulfillment errors.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting support@decoveil.com.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's fulfillment status. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process will apply.

If an order is canceled before shipment, any payment collected will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

6. Product Installation and Use

DecoVeil products are designed for ceiling-mounted installation using our proprietary self-adhesive system.

Customers must follow the installation instructions and ensure that the installation surface is suitable, clean, dry, and properly prepared.

Improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to product instructions may affect product performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, photographs, graphics, branding, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to DecoVeil and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

DecoVeil's curtain installation technology is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,557,931.

No content, product design, or proprietary technology may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or systems.

Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other business operations.
